Jaye Brown may seem to have a lot of big shoes to fill.  His great-uncle James Lenox, penned the legendary song, “I Won’t Complain” and his uncle, “Kelvin” Lenox wrote gospel hits such as “Nobody like Jesus” for Walter Hawkins and “The Comforter” with Melonie Daniels.  Jaye was a Top 3 finalist on TLN’s Inspiration Sensation and has been learning under the mentoring and tutelage of Donald Lawrence.

Jaye Brown now steps back out with a new single “WITHSTAND.”  Along with Brandon Avery Smith (who also produced the track), Brown showcases that he has what it takes to be just as good, if not better of a songwriter than his uncles.  Jaye has a nice smooth tone and the silky feel of the track compliment him very well.  The songs theme is to remained encouraged, persevere and take authority.  The song reminds us that “we are more than conquerors and have the ability to Withstand anything! “
