Congrats to Music World Gospel recording artist, Le’Andria Johnson who gave birth to a healthy baby boy, Caelington Forrest Walker who entered the world at 6lbs, 14 oz!!

Le’Andria has had a great year aside from the “controversial” pregnancy. Earlier in the year she took home a GRAMMY® for Best Gospel/Contemporary Christian Performance of her hit song “Jesus” and the Best Female Gospel Artist Award for the Digital Gospel Music Awards. Her debut album “The Awaking of LeAndria Johnson” to date has sold over 200,000 units.

I really admire Le’Andria for working throughout her pregnancy amidst critical judgements and whatnot. She kept to the call on her life and didn’t allow this slip up to take her out of the game. LeAndria recorded her live CD/DVD album, “Le’Andria Johnson: The Experience,” a music video and traveled for several concert performances.

Now Le’Andria will take some time off to spend with her newborn but will be back in action as “Le’Andria Johnson: The Experience” releases on September 18th! Le’Andria will then gear up for active promotion and touring following the albums release.

Le’Andria, I am proud of you and I am excited for your future!!! Le’Andria herself is said to be ready to encourage others who may have been in her shoes and spread a message of hope, love and reconciliation in Christ to all.
