I love getting to learn about new groups.  Though these guys have been around for some time, they are returning to the gospel scene.  Soul Tempo released their latest album “Trust In God” on September 4, 2012.  If you remember and liked the R&B/Soul group SOLO, then Soul Tempo is the “gospel equivalent”. Prior to the album release I was given the pleasure to speak with Jerry Brunson from the group.  In a fun, casual and conversational interview, I learned more about this wonderful group and their newest release.  Soul Tempo have been keeping a busy appearance schedule to promote “Trust In God” and the lead single of the same name is gaining recognition and airplay on gospel radio.  Soul Tempo is bringing a familiar, yet unique sound back to gospel music.  Soul Tempo’s “Trust In God” can be purchased in stores and online everywhere.
